ShopCtrl supports multiple message channels:
📄️ Messaging Interface
To open the messaging interface, navigate to the Communication > Messages in the navigation menu.
📄️ Messaging Configuration
In order to view content or perform actions referred to in this article, you need to have the appropriate permissions enabled. An employee must be assigned to the shop with a Shop Owner Admin or Shop Admin role.
📄️ Handling Incoming Messages
To start accepting incoming messages, the agent must mark them as Available.
