These tabs allow you to view the orders and returns for a particular product.

Sales history

Here you can see a short report on this product sales history.
It is followed by two graphics:
First, "Number of sold products", gives an idea of how many orders were received for this product over the past year.
The second one, "Average price", is the average share of the product in the order.

The last section on the tab lists all of the sales orders that contain this product.

Reserved orders

Here you can find a list of orders your customers placed for this product that are allocated but not shipped yet.

Backorders

From this tab, you can manage the backorders for a certain product.

Purchase info section provides information about the stock ordered but not yet delivered by the supplier. The second record shows if there will be enough products after the delivery to fulfill all of the customer's pending orders.

You can change the allocation priority if there are several deliveries for the purchase order. Select an order and click the Set Allocation Priority button. Choose the priority from the drop-down list and click Save to apply changes. There is a number of priority options available: Very Low, Low, Normal, High, Very High.

After the stock arrives, the products will be allocated according to the priority set.

Returns

On this tab, you can see a list of Returns with reasons made by clients for this product. You can open the return for editing in a new tab by double-clicking the return row.
